How Do I Place an Order?
Placing an order is simple. Just browse our website and, when
you see products that you'd like to buy, just click the "Add To Basket"
button. After you click, you'll be returned to the same page. But if you look on the "Quantity in Basket" line just to the right of the product image, you'll see that your basket is no longer empty. When you've completed your purchases, just find the olive Navigation Bar at the
top of the page and click "Checkout" on the right hand side. On the next screen,
you may create an account to save time in filling out your address etc. on your next
visit, or just place your order without an account. Just click the link you choose. Fill
in your shipping and billing information, click the "Continue" button, Your
shipping costs will be shown on this screen. Select your shipping and payment methods,
click the "Continue" button, enter your credit card information, confirm your
order, and submit your order to us. That's all there is. You'll find a number of Help Notes on each checkout page, but if you have any questions along

How Do I Remove Products
From My Shopping Cart?
If you change your mind when placing your order, just find the
olive Navigation Bar at the top of the page and click "Basket Contents". This
will open a page to remove items or edit the quantity of items in your shopping basket. To
continue shopping, click "Store Front", "Search" or "Product
List" on the Navigation Bar above. And when you've completed your shopping, just
click "Checkout".

What are My Shipping Charges?
The amount you pay is the basic UPS shipping charge rate as
displayed at www.ups.com. We don't charge any handling or packaging fees. The UPS rate is mainly
dependent on the Class of Service (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air & Ground), weight of the
package and destination. Occasionally, we may use alternate carriers where there are
benefits in delivery efficiency and speed. For example, we may ship certain orders by
Fedex rather than UPS. There's never an additional charge when we use alternate carriers.
We do our very best to ship orders within 24 hrs of receipt. Remember that UPS requires an
actual street address, and cannot deliver to Post Office boxes.

Are Online Credit Card Transactions
Safe?
Using your credit card at Cajun-Shop.com is completely safe. We
use the best available technology to assure your transactions are secure. In fact, since
your credit card transactions are encrypted and never seen by any person, your
transactions are actually safer than offline.

How Can I Pay by Credit Card Online?
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Just enter the
credit card information at checkout. You will not be asked for your credit card
information until you see your complete bill, including shipping costs and State tax if
applicable.

Can I Order by Phone or Fax?
Yes, we are happy to take your order by phone or Fax. Just call
us toll-free at 1-866-813-6816, or 1-225-313-6041, or go to our Home Page at www.cajun-shop.com, click the "Fax
Order Form" link on the left panel and print off our Fax Order form. Then just fill
out the form and Fax it to us at 1-225-313-6303
.

Do You Ship to Other Countries?
We currently ship throughout the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to destinations outside the U.S.

How Do I Send an Order to Several Different Addresses?
When sending gifts to several different people, you can save time by faxing the order to us along with a list of recipients. For your convenience, we have prepared a Fax Order Form. Just print this order, fill it out, and Fax to us at 1-225-313-6303
along with your "Ship To" address list. We'll advise your shipping charges before proceeding.

When Will I Receive my Package?
We try our very best to ship our orders within 24 hours of
receipt, and we often ship orders on the same day that they are received.
You can check the Time-in-transit for UPS Ground shipments to your shipping destination by visiting our Transit Time Map page
We are not liable for packages that arrive late due to shipping
problems arising from "Acts of God" such as earthquakes, floods, storms,
hurricanes etc.

What if My Package was
Damaged During Shipping?
If you receive a shipment which is damaged upon receipt, please
contact us. Our shipments are insured, and we'll file a claim for you with the carrier
that delivered the shipment. Please retain the package and contents, as the carrier may
wish to inspect it.

What is Your Return Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just
return it in it's original condition within seven days of receipt of your order and we'll
gladly refund your purchase price. Boxed items must be returned in their original
undamaged shipping box. Shipping costs and insurance are non-refundable. We are not liable for packages that arrive late due to shipping problems arising from "Acts of God" such as storms, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes etc, since UPS and FedEx do not guarantee shipments under these circumstances.
Perishable food products such as Turduckens, Fried Turkeys, Gumbos etc. cannot be returned.

Do you Have a Catalog?
Our business is a 100% Internet business. We do plan to create a printed
catalog for people who don't have sufficient computer access time. However, we've been
expanding so quickly, and adding so many new products to our website, that our catalog is
out of date before we even start to print it. We'll be happy, however, to send print-outs
from our website pages of any Product Categories that you're interested in. Just call or
email us.

Do you Sell Wholesale?
While we're primarily an Internet retail operation, we do have a growing list of wholesale priced products. And we'll be
very happy to discuss discounts for quantity purchases of our products. Just let us know
what specific products and quantities you have in mind.

While some of our gourmet Louisiana foods and seasonings do find their way into a few stores in other States, in general these mouth-watering specialties stay right here in Louisiana.
