Occasionally, we may use alternate carriers where there are benefits in delivery efficiency and speed. For example, we may ship certain orders by Fedex rather than UPS. There's never an additional charge when we use alternate carriers. We do our very best to ship orders within 24 hrs of receipt. If you receive a shipment which is damaged upon receipt, please contact us. Our shipments are insured, and we'll file a claim for you with the carrier that delivered the shipment. Please retain the package and contents, as the carrier may wish to inspect it. What is Your Return Policy? If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it in it's original condition within seven days of receipt of your order and we'll gladly refund your purchase price. Boxed items must be returned in their original undamaged shipping box. Shipping costs and insurance are non-refundable.
