To ensure timely delivery of your gift choice, substitutions are occasionally necessary.
When this occurs, we make every effort to substitute with very similar items. And we will
only substitute with items of equal or greater value.
Methods of Payment:
We accept online payments by Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover. We also accept
payment by Money Order and personal check on orders received by phone, Fax and email.
Orders paid by check are shipped as soon as the check clears the issuing bank.
For online orders, our software is programmed to send you an e-mail confirmation the
moment that you enter your order. Phone and Fax orders are entered manually, and an e-mail
confirmation will be sent to you when your order is entered. Confirmations are sent only
to the "Bill To" e-mail address. If you're sending a gift, rest assured that the
recipient will not receive the confirmation, or any other information with prices.
We ship our non-perishables by UPS. Our perishables
are shipped by FedEx Standard Overnight or UPS Next Day Air.
We don't charge any handling or packaging fees.
For non-perishables, the amount you pay is the basic UPS shipping charge as displayed at http://www.ups.com.
For perishables, the product cost typically includes Standard Overnight shipping charges to any location in the US where that service is available.
Standard Overnight orders are shipped Monday - Thursday for delivery on Tuesday - Friday
FedEx and UPS do not offer Standard Overnight service to certain more remote delivery areas. If your ship-to address is located in one of these areas, we will contact you and ask whether you wish to upgrade to Priority Overnight service. There will be a surcharge for this upgrade service.
We may use alternate carriers where there are benefits in delivery efficiency and speed.
There's never an additional charge when we use alternate carriers.
We do our very best to ship orders within 24 hrs of receipt (unless, of course, you've
requested a later delivery date).
And remember that UPS and FedEx require an actual street address, as they cannot deliver
to Post Office boxes.
Your shipping is guaranteed under our carriers' policies. However, we are not liable for packages that arrive late due to shipping problems arising from "Acts of God" such as storms, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes etc, since UPS and FedEx do not guarantee shipments
under these circumstances.
Due to the nature of these
products, perishable items such as Turduckens, Fried Turkeys, Gumbos etc. cannot be returned.
We are not responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order.
All perishable food orders are final.

Requested Shipping Dates:
We make every effort to meet requested shipping dates. However, due to variables beyond
our control, we are occasionally unable to meet a requested date. To avoid
disappointment, we suggest ordering early and selecting an early shipping date so that items
arrive well in advance of your planned event.
We currently ship throughout the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, however, we do not ship to destinations outside the U.S. including APO/FPO addresses. We will, of course, be happy to ship to
your order to a U.S. address for forwarding to an overseas destination.
Return & Refund Policy:
We require a 24 hour notification if there is a problem with a perishable order.
With non-perishable orders, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it in it's original
condition within seven days of receipt and we'll gladly refund your purchase

Boxed items must be returned in their original undamaged shipping box. Shipping
costs and insurance are non-refundable.
If you receive a shipment which is damaged upon receipt, please contact us. Our shipments

Please retain the package and contents, as the carrier may wish to inspect it.

We Have No Minimum Order Requirement:
Just order whatever items you wish. Shipping rates, however, are generally more favorable with larger orders.
