6 Large Cooked Deveined Gulf Shrimp, per serving
Lemon Wedges
1 Cup Ketchup
2 tablespoons Horseradish
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Tarragon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Dash of Louisiana Hot Pepper sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
Combine all ingredients except shrimp and lemon wedges, and chill thoroughly
Line six martini or sherbet glasses with lettuce
Arrange the Shrimp in dishes
Place a large scoop of sauce in middle, along with some lemon wedges
