Louisiana Wildly Wicked Buffalo Wings

Ingredients
3 lbs Chicken Wings, separated, tips discarded
Louisiana Chicken Wing Seasoning (prior to cooking wings)
1/2 cup melted butter
Fresh lemon or lime
1/2 cup Louisiana Wildly Wicked Wing Sauce to start; more as desired
Enough oil to deep fry wings - about 2 inches deep
Method
Pat the wings dry, and season with Louisiana Chicken Wing Seasoning to taste
Deep fry wings 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees F until brown.
Remove from oil onto paper towels
Squeeze some fresh lemon or lime juice over wings
Add warmed melted butter and hot sauce to a saucepan and blend together
Then put wings in saucepan and toss to coat evenly with butter and hot sauce
Transfer to platter. Serve with blue cheese or Ranch dressing and celery sticks
