8 pounds prime rib
20 ounces Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade
Serves 10-12
Cooking
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place roast in a 2 to 3-inch deep pan and inject roast evenly in spots 1 to 2 inches apart using 2-ounces marinade per pound of meat. After injecting, pour generous amounts of leftover of marinade over prime rib. Cook in the oven or on a pit using a meat thermometer until the desired temperature is reached.
