Poche's Cajun Market is known in these parts for it's more "exotic" Cajun Boudins and Sausage!
Their fare includes Alligator Sausage, Duck Sausage, Crawfish Sausage, Cajun Tasso, Chaurice and more.

Each order contains six 1 lb. packs, and you can "mix and match" any two items to make up the 6 lb total.
For example, you can now order 3 lbs. of Cajun Chaurice and 3 lbs. of Crawfish Sausage.

Louisiana is home to some of the most wonderful varieties of specialty sausage and seasoned meats.
These products are uniquely Cajun, they're all USDA approved, and all made right here in South Louisiana!
Here's a brief description of our Poche products:
Chaurice: A fresh spicy Cajun sausage made with lean pork meat, seasonings, crushed garlic, vinegar, jalapeno peppers, and chives stuffed into natural hog casings.
Smoked Chaurice: Fresh spicy Cajun Chaurice which is smoked until rich in color and flavor.
Cajun Tasso: Large pieces of tender lean pork tumbled in a special Cajun seasoning mixture, then smoked to perfection in our smokehouse. Tasso is the perfect flavoring for lots of Louisiana dishes and sauces. It's delicate smoked flavor makes it the perfect ingredient for your favorite sauces. Terrific as a pizza topping.
Duck & Chicken Sausage: A delicious combination of boneless duck and chicken meat blended with the perfect amount of seasoning. This product is delicious in gumbos or pan-fried.
Alligator & Pork Sausage: Fresh sausage made of lean alligator meat, blended with special Cajun seasonings.
Smoked Alligator & Pork Sausage: Alligator & Pork Sausage smoked to perfection the Cajun way.
Crawfish Sausage: A delicious blend of pork and peeled crawfish tails blended with just the right amount of seasoning makes this a very palate-pleasing product. Delicious in gumbos or pan-fried.

A Little History about Poches Cajun Market
Poche's Cajun Market is a true Cajun family establishment. Antoine and Aleda Poche settled the village of Poche Bridge in the year 1859. In this isolated farming community, Antoine, along with his wife and seven children, owned and operated a store and cotton gin near the wooden bridge, which is now known as Poche Bridge. The current Poche family continues the tradition of providing excellent products and service with Poche's Cajun Market and Restaurant. It's a food lover's dream with their famous boudin, meats, sausages, and other specialty items, all shipped Overnight to your door.
