They arrive frozen and they're in the shell. And they're perfectly seasoned with Cajun spices. Just boil up a pot of water, drop them in and, when the water comes back to a boil, wait 45 seconds, then serve immediately. Or pop a batch in the microwave oven.
They're cooked already, and perfectly seasoned with Cajun spices. You just need to heat them up.
