These delicious Pork and Rice Boudin Balls are a perfect appetizer for any Cajun party.

We take our special pork & rice boudin mix and roll it into 2 oz. balls. Then we bathe them in egg wash and layer with bread crumbs and flour.

Great baked or fried.
For best results, deep fry while frozen.

Cooking Directions
Baking: Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Brush Boudin Balls with melted margarine or butter. Bake in provided baking pan (or on a non-stick cookie sheet) for 55 minutes or until golden brown.
Deep Frying: Preheat oil to 350 deg F. Fry Boudin Balls from a thawed state for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. IF FROZEN, fry for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown.
