For example, you can now order half Shrimp Boudin and half Andouille Sausage.

Each order contains six 14oz Packs for over Five Pounds of Pure Cajun Delight in each order!!
If you select two different products, of course, we'll ship three 14oz Packs of each selection.
Louisiana is home to some of the most wonderful varieties of specialty sausage and seasoned meats.
These products are uniquely Cajun, and they're all from right here in South Louisiana.
Using traditional Cajun recipes, our Boudins combine the main ingredient of pork, shrimp, or crawfish, blended with rice and seasoned with an ideal combination of herbs & spices that include onions, green peppers, parsley, scallions, garlic, red & black pepper, and salt. 5.25 lb.
Andouille is a Cajun sausage made with choice cuts of pure pork, seasoned, and smoked to perfection. A perfect seasoning for stews, gumbos, soups,
red beans, jambalaya, etc. 5.25 lb.
And we've now added two more exciting new choices!
Green Onion Smoked Sausage. Tony Chachere's smoked green onion pork sausage is great on the grill. And it's delicious with red beans, and in Jambalaya and Gumbo. 5.25 lb.
Jalapeno Smoked Sausage. Try it on the grill, or spice up your favorite dish. This is one of our favorite Cajun sausages. It makes every sausage dish one to remember. 5.25 lb.
